"I started a few months ago thinking I was in great shape. After the first work out I knew that I could be in a lot better shape. After a few weeks worth of workouts people started to comment on how much more muscular I looked! After a week of missed workouts I felt gross, both mentally and physically. So besides this being such a great thing for all of us in the physical sense it also does wonders for my psyche cause I feel great when its over! Thanks for everything."
