At X-Team, we don’t have a single goal for you. We’ve got a bunch. We want you outside. Off the couch. Out of your rut. And into a fitness program that’ll get you in the best shape of your life. 

What makes us the anti-gym? We take a total scientific approach to your fitness. We’ll consult, test, analyze, measure and push. Hard. And keep you accountable. We’ll work up a fitness profile,  team you with our registered dietician and track and monitor your progress. 

We also provide the discipline a self-directed program won’t. We tell you what to do and how to do it for one sweet, sweaty hour, six days a week.  

Think of X-Team as a win-win proposition, where everybody succeeds separately and together.  

We’ll push you hard. We’ll pull you through. (Heck, we’ll even call you when you don’t show up and ask what you had better to do.)  

No question, you’re going to get your butt kicked. And you are so going to like it.

"After going to my first X-Team workout, I was sure that I wouldn't have time to do both that and train for my first marathon but I stuck with it because of the great teamwork and encouragement that was a part of every class.
