“I’m approaching 47, and previous to X-Team I felt that it was, essentially,  unavoidable that every year I would put on a few more pounds and lose some energy. In the past, I would lift weights at the Y and run around the neighborhood, but those efforts only slowed my fitness descent. Now, however, I am in, what I would consider, to be great shape for my age. I now think that my overall health and fitness can improve as I get older. Also, I go to the 6 p.m. workout and it has become a big stress reliever for me. Instead of slowing down at early midday, I work hard to be ready to walk out of the office at 5:30. I come home from the workout relaxed. I am better able to help my kids with their homework and the evening is simply more enjoyable. Also, regular attendance at weekday workouts frees up my weekends. I no longer feel compelled to pack in a week of workouts into two days. I take it easy over the weekend. It’s great. I wouldn’t consider going back to the days before X-Team. “
