Description:

It's coming. The next X-Team Challenge.

12 tough, grueling, fun, effective weeks.

September 25-December 18, 2016

(offered during both the 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM sessions)

Your chance to get tuned up and fit in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Banish the winter fat before it even appears and get a jump start on your New Year's resolution.

You've always wanted to be in excellent shape. Now's your chance to get in on a great, limited opportunity. Do you have what it takes?

Give yourself an early Christmas present.

But it's not all about exercise. You'll get a nutrition package and comprehensive testing to find out exactly where you're at, and we'll track it all along the way.

We've created a special membership just for this challenge so you can bypass our normal membership requirements and complete the challenge with no long-term commitment. Of course, you can continue with us afterwards, but you're not obligated.

"I am currently training with a half marathon training team for the Patrick Henry Half Marathon. X-Team has built up my stamina so much that I no longer feel challenged with this training team. The runs we do are long and thanks to X-Team, I'm usually leading the pack (ahead of the coaches!) While the training has helped to build my cardio, I know I can look to X-Team for a real challenge! Thanks for your committment to our health! X-Team has really inspired me to challenge myself in everything  . . . more
