10 tough, grueling, fun, effective weeks.

(offered during both the 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM sessions)


This is your chance to get tuned up and fit in time for the holidays. Banish the winter fat before it even appears and get a jump start on your New Year's resolution.

We've created a special membership for this challenge so you can bypass our normal membership requirements and complete the challenge with no long-term commitment. Of course, you can continue with us afterwards, but you're not obligated.

The Details
Of course we'll work hard but it's not all about exercise. You'll get a nutrition package and comprehensive testing to find out exactly where you're at, and we'll track it all along the way.

Includes:
 
10-week exercise program, Mon-Fri, 1 hour per day

Comprehensive baseline testing at the beginning and the end and progress tracking throughout

Comprehensive tests to determine your body fat percentage, amount of lean muscle, pounds of body fat, hydration levels and more

We will also scan you on our high-tech 3-D Body Scanner. We'll capture 450 measurements and show you your progress in a 3-D model so you can watch your body change.

30-day Nutrition Detox with classes and materials

Weekly weigh-ins

Additional 1-hour run sessions on Saturdays

Additional 1-hour yoga sessions on Saturdays

Prizes, including cash, certificates and gear, awarded to top finishers

Challenges within the Challenge

1. Attendance challenge. It doesn't work if you don't come, but if you do come you'll get extra rewards. A weekly drawing will be held for those with perfect attendance during the previous week. A prize of a $50 gift card will be given each week.

2. Whole 30 nutrition program/Weight loss/fat loss/lean muscle gain. Prizes will be awarded for Most Weight Lost and Most Body Fat Lost. The winner of each category will get $250.

3. Burpee challenge. Start on day 1 with one burpee. Add one burpee a day for every day after. Perform 68 continous burpees on your last day and win $50.

4. Performance/fitness levels - Being fit should include the ability to run, jump, push, pull, squat, lunge, gait, twist and hinge through all planes; maintaining normal weight (BMI);maintaining healthy body fat %;maintaining healthy cardiovascular levels (RHR, BP, VO2Max)

We're Introducing 4 levels of fitness

 1. X-Team Basic Proficiency
 2. X-Team Fit
 3. X-Team Super Fit
 4. X-Team Elite

Each level will have its own standards. We'll take your initial assessment and performance numbers and rank you in one of the 4 categories. Then you'll work throughout the challenge to advance to the next level.

Awards: $500 to the top finisher, $250 to second place and $100 to third place. Everyone who reaches level 3 and/or 4 will receive a special shirt recognizing their fitness level.

Minimum eligibility requirements to win any award

Come in and get a full assessment - body fat, weight, measurements

Weigh in once a week

Must maintain attendance percentage of 80% or better

Complete a challenge event every week

Baseline Fitness Test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, run)

10-part Fitness Test

5k Run

1 Rep Max - establish baselines in key events to test strength levels

Murph (1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile run; for time)


Goals/objectives

The primary objectives of this challenge will be on:

  • learning and applying solid nutrition principles
  • building lean muscle mass
  • eliminating body fat
  • exceeding your current limits and progressing to the next level

Most weight lost

Most speed increased

Best attendance

Most improved in various performance events

Special X-Team "Super Fit" and "Elite" t-shirt for those who advance to those levels

Certificate of completion

Participants will earn weighted points for the various requirements with some weighted heavier than others. A cumulative score will be tabulated and awards will be distributed accordingly.
