“I wanted to let you know something I was excited about today. I have never been able to get up the amphitheater wall at Dogwood Dell by myself, but today I finally did (although it was the shortest part, but that's beside the point). I know I may complain every now and then about some exercises we do, but clearly something is working because I'm definitely the strongest I've ever been in my life.
