"I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your getting this group started and leading all the workouts thus far. Even though I've only been participating for a few months, I feel like I'm in much better shape than I was last year (when I was training for marathons!), and I even feel like I'm in as good of or better total-body shape than I was in college when I ran D1 track (those pushups and ab exercises really work wonders!:)). AND I placed 9th for women in the half marathon I ran last weekend on the hilliest course ever (I am usually very bad with hills), and I am convinced that at least part of that was due to the fact that I am much stronger after participating in this program.
