As I was approaching my 60th birthday (next year), I realized I only had about ten years until I reach middle age. I decided I wanted to get in shape for this milestone, so I joined X-Team. I had been walking my dog a couple of miles in the park every day, so I thought this would an easy transition. Not so. At my first workout, I couldn't do but a few pushups and sit-ups, and had to take quite a few breathers during the running, jumping jacks, and other exercises.
It's been 6 weeks now, and I am totally amazed! No more breathers, and lots more reps. I can't say enough about the terrific change in my body, strength, endurance, and especially the positive mental attitude that stays with me all the time. I always enjoyed running when I was a youngster, and I've regained the same feeling 40 years later. I can't say enough about the program Bob puts on, and I thank him everyday. It's certainly worth an hour a day to improve your health. I'd recommend this to anyone that wants to make a positive change in their life! Bring it on, Bob!
